Unai Emery says he'll demand as much from himself as he does from his players in his quest to re-establish Aston Villa as a dominant force in the Premier League on a regular basis. This week marks two years since the Spaniard arrived at Villa Park, an appointment which has triggered an incredible turnaround in fortunes for the club. Villa were outside the relegation zone on goal difference when Emery was appointed but last season they secured a top-four finish and a return to European football for the first time since 1983.
