England will go into the 17th and final game of the joint-busiest year in their Test history with a warning from Ben Stokes: don't become distracted by the Ashes. Victory over New Zealand in Hamilton would secure a 3-0 whitewash over a team who only recently triumphed by the same scoreline in India.
