According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Friday, December 27, Brandt, 51, filed for divorce from her husband and cited irreconcilable differences as the legal grounds behind the breakup. The actress indicated in court documents that she is seeking joint legal and physical custody of her and Olsen's son, August, 16, and stated that the couple will need to split up any property.
