Sean "Diddy" Combs Sean Diddy Combs will remain in a New York City jail until the start of his trial next year. Diddy, 55, has voluntarily dropped his latest appeal to be released on bail and will stay behind bars as he awaits his May 5, 2025 trial date, People reported on Friday, December 13, citing new court documents. The disgraced music mogul was indicted by a grand jury in September shortly before he was arrested for sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.
