Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce was spotted driving a peculiar vehicle through the city's streets while wearing his Mummers Parade outfit. Kelce was filmed driving down Broad Street in a golf cart modified to look like and Eagles football helmet outside the former campus of the University of the Arts. While wearing the colorful costume, Kelce drove as the Eagles' fight song 'Fly Eagles Fly' was heard playing. At the end of the video, a group of people was seen standing and observing the scene - with one of those people seemingly holding a boom microphone.
