Perth basketball star reveals the bizarre gym secret behind his jacked physique

Basketball star Kristian Doolittle has opened up on how he stays shredded with the American small forward making an eyebrow-raising confession about his training regime. The 27-year-old, who is currently turning out for the Perth Wildcats, stands at a towering 6ft 7in tall. He has always had a strong and powerful figure and at the age of 12, the Oklahoma-born basketball star had size 17 shoes. During his youth, Doolittle would help his grandfather work around their backyard, lifting and carrying heavy items which helped him build muscle and strength from a young age.
