Erling Haaland was spotted in a lime green special edition F1 safety car on his way home from Manchester Airport, following Man City's 3-1 defeat by Real Madrid in the Champions League earlier this week. The Man City striker drove his new £350,000 vehicle home upon landing back in Manchester, a day after Pep Guardiola's side were humiliated on Europe's biggest stage. For the second straight year, City bowed out of the Champions League at the hands of Madrid; last year, they suffered an excruciating defeat on penalties in the quarter-final.
