Jordan, 34, was spotted by two officers while sitting on the tracks outside Maitland, Florida after fleeing a traffic stop early Tuesday morning, according to a police report obtained by Us Weekly. After approaching the car, officers noticed damage to Jordan's vehicle, indicating he had been trying to get his car off the tracks.
