Netflix has released a 'raunchy' comedy film that left fans holding back laughs and tears (Picture: Lionsgate Films)A 'hilarious and deeply moving' female-driven comedy is now available to stream on Netflix. Released in 2023, Joy Ride was written by Cherry Chevapravatdumrong and Teresa Hsiao and directed by Adele Lim. It starred Ashley Park (Emily in Paris) as Chinese adoptee Audrey Sullivan who lives with her white parents in Washington, with her childhood best friend, Lolo Chen (Sherry Cola).
