The photo wasn't the only way that Milano marked the completion of her 53rd trip around the sun—the actress also shared a deeply personal poem on herInstagram Substack.The poem talks about elasticity in an abstract sense. She shares how she has had to stretch, bend, shift, and what she understands about herself and her body now at 53.
