According toPage Six, Tom and Ariana will meet again on February 5 for a final status conference—but if he doesn't comply, the case will go to trial on February 17.

Ariana originally sued Tom in January 2024 in an attempt to force the sale of their home, which they still shared after their breakup in 2023. At the time, they had limited contact with each other and mainly communicated through each other's assistants (and lawyers).

She initially requested "equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale" of the property, but Tom counter-offered her a cash buyout to keep the house for himself.

"Ariana is trying to make it out that I am a psychopath for wanting to keep the house that we have," he told Nick Viall during a Jan. 2024 episode ofThe Viall Filespodcast. "She's like, 'He gave me a shit offer.' I gave her an offer of $3.1 million."

That same month, Ariana toldPeoplethat she owns the house and that she was ready to "fully move on from being tied to" it. She then reportedly bought a new$1.6 million Hollywood Hills homein March 2024.

As for the San Fernando Valley property, she gave an update on the sale during a May 2025 appearance onWatch What Happens LivewithAndy Cohen, where she said, "That is ongoing but hopefully wrapping up soon."

Here's to hoping they can both move on from the home, for good, when it eventually sells.
