Courteney Cox is the latest A-lister to appear on HGTV's renovation series Celebrity IOU. On Monday night's episode the 60-year-old Friends sensation — who counts former co-star Jennifer Aniston as a close friend — surprised an unsuspecting dear pal who was preparing to welcome a baby. Cox, who recently returned home from Australia, was shown helping with the demolition process and in a confessional interview admitted, 'It's not nearly as easy as I thought!
