Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili is undergoing a medical ahead of sealing his £30million transfer to Liverpool. The 23-year old Georgia international is set to become the first signing of the Arne Slot era but will stay with Valencia on loan for the season. Mamardashvili will cost around £25m with a further £5m in add ons and a ten percent sell on clause. Meanwhile, Liverpool are continuing to discuss potential new signings for this week.
