Armando Broja's proposed move from Chelsea to Ipswich Town has stalled. As reported by Mail Sport earlier this week, Broja was poised to move to Portman Road on a season-long loan with a £30million obligation to buy should Ipswich avoid relegation from the Premier League. However, there is now concern around Broja's Achilles and this has caused Ipswich to delay. It is understood that the deal could still go through if Chelsea agree to lower their demands for the 22-year-old Albania striker.
